These Terms of Use & Business Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and all business enquiries, quotations, orders, and services provided through CorpoVistaTM.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About CorpoVistaTM
CorpoVistaTM and registered brand of PVJN ENTERPRISES for corporate gifting, based at Vadodara, Gujarat, India
CorpoVistaTM specializes in providing customized corporate gifting solutions for businesses, institutions, government organizations, educational institutions, and other commercial entities.
CorpoVistaTM acts as a sourcing and supply partner. Unless expressly stated otherwise, neither CorpoVistaTM nor PVJN ENTERPRISES manufactures the products displayed on this website.
Products may be procured from Indian manufacturers, Authorized distributors, Importers, Brand owners, OEM suppliers and Wholesalers.
Similarly, branding and personalization services are carried out by independent third-party vendors and specialized service providers selected by us based on project requirements.
3. Purpose of This Website
This website is intended solely to introduce our products and services, showcase sample products and previous work, enable prospective customers to submit enquiries, facilitate business discussions and quotation requests.
This website is not an e-commerce platform. No online purchase or payment facility is provided, and the information displayed does not constitute an offer for sale.
4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions Only
CorpoVistaTM supplies corporate gifting solutions exclusively to businesses, institutions, government bodies, educational organizations, NGOs, hospitals, and other commercial or institutional entities.
We do not ordinarily accept single-piece orders. All orders are subject to applicable Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), which may vary based on products.

Product photographs, specifications, dimensions, colours, capacities, certifications, packaging details, and descriptions displayed on this website are provided for general information only and are based on information supplied by third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
While reasonable care is taken to present accurate information, we do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or free from errors.
Products may be modified, discontinued, or replaced by manufacturers without prior notice.

Images displayed on this website are representative in nature and intended only for reference.
Actual products may vary in colour, finish, texture, packaging, accessories, dimensions, or appearance due to manufacturing variations; production batches; lighting conditions; photography; monitor or mobile display settings.

Product availability is dependent upon the inventory maintained by our suppliers and manufacturers.

8. Quotations
All quotations issued by PVJN ENTERPRISES are non-binding until accepted, subject to product availability, subject to supplier confirmation, subject to applicable taxes, subject to revision prior to order confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations remain valid only for the period stated therein.
Prices may change due to factors including, supplier price revisions, freight charges and taxation changes.
9. Orders
An order shall be deemed accepted only after receipt of a written Purchase Order or written confirmation from the customer, confirmation by PVJN ENTERPRISES, approval of artwork, where applicable and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
Procurement activities shall commence only after order confirmation.
10. Branding & Personalization
Branding services such as: laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, pad printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, digital printing, embossing and debossing are arranged through independent third-party service providers.
CorpoVistaTM coordinates such services on behalf of customers but does not itself perform printing, engraving, embroidery, or other branding processes.
Branding methods depend on customer requirements and product suitability.
11. Customer Artwork
Customers shall provide artwork in acceptable digital formats.
By submitting any logo, trademark, artwork, design, or image, the customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use such materials.
PVJN ENTERPRISES shall not be responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied content.
12. Artwork Approval
Where branding, printing, engraving, embroidery, or any other customization is required, the customer shall review and provide written approval of the artwork before the applicable customization process commences.
Procurement, sourcing, reservation of stock, or manufacturing by our suppliers and service providers may commence upon order confirmation and fulfillment of the agreed commercial terms, depending on product availability and supplier requirements, and shall not necessarily be contingent upon artwork approval.
Once the artwork has been approved in writing by the customer, PVJN Enterprises shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the approved artwork, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, colours, logos, positioning, sizing, layout, or other customer-approved design elements. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, revised delivery schedules, or may not be feasible depending on the stage of procurement or customization.
13. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities vary depending upon the product, manufacturer, branding process, and production requirements.
MOQ information shall be communicated during the quotation stage.
14. Pricing
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged additionally, where applicable.
- Freight, courier, transportation, or handling charges shall be extra unless specifically included in the quotation.
- Branding, artwork preparation, packaging, and sampling charges may be additional.
15. Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates only.
Actual delivery depends upon supplier schedules, customization requirements, logistics providers transportation conditions, governmental restrictions; and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Time shall not ordinarily be regarded as being of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.
16. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers shall inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any claim regarding shortages, transit damage, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs or other supporting evidence.
Failure to notify us within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
17. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
As products are generally procured, manufactured, or customized specifically against customer orders, confirmed orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled, customized or branded products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or supply errors attributable to PVJN Enterprises.
Returns require prior written authorization.
18. Warranty
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, PVJN Enterprises does not provide an independent warranty on products supplied.
Any manufacturer warranty, where available, shall be subject solely to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer or supplier.
Where reasonably practicable, we may assist customers in coordinating warranty claims without assuming liability for their acceptance.
19. Third-Party Products and Brands
Products displayed on this website may bear the trademarks, logos, trade names, or branding of their respective owners.
Such trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for product identification or reference.
Their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement, dealership, distributorship, sponsorship, or formal affiliation unless expressly stated.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of PVJN Enterprises in relation to any order shall not exceed the total invoice value of the products supplied under that order.
Under no circumstances shall PVJN Enterprises be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.
21. Force Majeure
PVJN Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, supplier shutdowns, governmental actions, import restrictions, shortages of raw materials, or power failures.
22. Intellectual Property & Third-party content
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including our text, layouts, branding, and original design elements, is owned by or used by PVJN Enterprises with appropriate authorization and is protected under applicable laws.
Certain product images may belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification, illustration and promotional purposes. All such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from the respective owner, wherever applicable.
